What Kisspeptin-54 is
Good human studies, all about ripening eggs for IVF. In 60 women at high risk of dangerous ovary swelling, eggs ripened in 95%, and nobody got moderate or worse swelling. Given over and over, it stops working. A controlled study found it did nothing for anxiety. In adult male rats, long-term shots damaged the testes.
Kisspeptin-54 has good human evidence. That evidence points somewhere very specific, and it has almost nothing to do with how it is sold.
How it works: Shown in people, not just guessed. Kisspeptin-54 locks onto a receptor called KISS1R on the brain cells that release GnRH, the master switch for sex hormones.
