How to use this site

Five steps, in the order you would actually use them, from a vague question to a protocol you are tracking. You do not need to do all five, and most people only ever need the first two.

    Start with the question you actually have

    If you know the name of a thing, type it into the search box at the top of any page. If you only know the problem, that is the more common case and it is better served. Goals lists twelve of them, from fat loss to sleep, and each one shows everything studied for it.

    Search understands both. Type sleep and you get the goal page and the compounds. Type ozempic and you get semaglutide.

    Read the page for what was measured, not for a verdict

    Every compound profile puts human evidence first, with the participant counts, then keeps animal and cell work in a separate labelled place rather than blending them into the same confident paragraph. Nothing is graded. The citations sit at the bottom and every one of them links out to the source.

    If a trial missed its primary endpoint, the page says so next to whatever it did hit. That is deliberate.

    Compare things properly instead of by vibe

    Two compounds side by side on the same facts, so the difference is visible rather than argued. Useful when the internet has told you one is obviously better and you want to see the actual basis for that.

    Work out the practical numbers

    The calculator does reconstitution maths: how much water goes in the vial, what that makes each unit worth, and where to draw to on the syringe. It shows the working rather than just the answer, and it warns you when a draw will not fit.

    It refuses numbers that do not make sense rather than quietly producing a wrong answer.

    Track it so you are not guessing later

    Build a protocol, or a stack of several, and the tracker handles the schedule, which vial a dose came from, how much is left in it, and when it needs discarding. It groups everything due at the same time so you log five compounds in one action rather than five.

    It works offline and keeps your data in your browser. An account is optional and exists only so a cleared browser does not lose your protocol.

Questions people ask first

Do I need to know a compound name to use this?
No, and most people do not. Start at Goals, pick the thing you are actually trying to fix, and the compounds studied for it are listed there sorted by how much of that research was run in people.
What does the number on each card mean?
It is how many citations on that page were studies run in people. It is counted the same way for every compound and you can check it by opening the profile and reading the list. It describes what we cite, not everything that exists, and it is not a quality score.
Why are there no ratings or rankings?
Because a single grade hides the thing you need. What is best depends on facts about you that a web page does not have. Instead every page shows what was measured, in how many people, and by whom, so you can judge it.
Is the tracker free, and where does my data go?
It is free and it stays in your browser by default. Nothing is uploaded unless you create an account, which exists only so your protocol survives if you clear your browser or switch devices.
Is any of this medical advice?
No. This is an educational record of what has been published. It contains no recommendations for personal use, and the person who runs it is not a doctor and says so on the about page.

One thing worth knowing before you read

Most of what is catalogued here cannot be patented, which means nobody has a commercial reason to fund a large trial on it. That is why so many pages are thin on human data, and it is an economic fact rather than a verdict on the compound. We report the animal work, the mechanism and what people actually describe, each labelled for what it is. The full reasoning is here, and it is worth five minutes before you read anything else.
