What are you actually trying to fix?

Most people arrive here with a problem, not a product name. Pick the one that sounds like you and you get every compound that has been studied for it, sorted by how much of that research was run in people rather than in mice.

Why these are not rankings

A goal page lists everything studied for that goal, including the things that were studied and did not work. The order is by how much human evidence exists, not by how promising something looks, and a compound sitting at the top of a list is not a recommendation. It is the one somebody actually ran a trial on.

Some of these sections are thin, and they say so. Sleep in particular is heavily supplemented and lightly trialled, and pretending otherwise would defeat the point of the whole site.
