What people report is counted. It is not a trial.
What people using a compound report is counted separately from human studies and never added into the study total. A thousand people saying a thing worked is not a trial. A compound can sit at Preclinical on the evidence band and still carry a large first-hand block. Both facts stay on the page. They are never added together.
This page lists two collections that already exist. Harvested forum patterns, written as patterns rather than quotations, live on compound pages under What users report. Approved buyer reviews of named sellers live in the same moderated reviews table as /reviews, with a subject of vendor and a slug. Nothing below is a testimonial invented to fill space.

How the two counts stay apart
The evidence band on a compound card answers one question: how much has been done to people in published studies. Trials, observations, nulls, pending records. The rule is on /methodology and the arithmetic prints beside the word.
First-hand reports answer a different question: what people using the compound describe, including side effects and "it did nothing." They are uncontrolled, they cannot show that anything works, and they are the best map this site has of what people actually do. Folding them into the band would either inflate a Preclinical compound or hide the reports. Both of those errors have already been caught on this project. So the reports ride alongside.
Aaron is a coach, not a doctor. Nothing on this page is a reason to start a compound, and a pattern reported on a forum is not a finding in people under controlled conditions.
