GLOW (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500)

A three-peptide vendor blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, typically 70 mg) marketed for skin and recovery; unstudied as a combination and mostly copper peptide by mass.

Overview

GLOW is KLOW without the KPV, positioned for aesthetic goals. The GHK-Cu component has real topical skin data; BPC-157 and TB-500 have animal healing data. There is no trial of the three injected together, no stability study of the mixture, and no basis for a combined dose. The same copper-load and angiogenesis caveats as KLOW apply, including avoidance with active cancer because two components promote blood-vessel growth in animal models.

Mechanism of action

Assumed additive: GHK-Cu collagen and remodeling signals plus BPC-157/TB-500 repair pathways, from separate animal and in-vitro studies.
