Clinician-backed partners, how we rate them

45 coach-eligible programs with a public apply or partner path. 12 featured cards below are the top of that shortlist. The dense table lists all 45. Aaron is the guide. Licensed clinicians prescribe. Pharmacies dispense.

Read this first

  • Coach, not doctor. Aaron Cuha is a coach. No clinical credential is claimed for him, or for this page. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
  • Compounded is not FDA-approved. A compounded peptide or GLP-1 is made for a named patient under a prescription. It is not the approved brand product, even when the active ingredient has an approved twin. A research-use-only vial is a different thing again, and it is not a lawful substitute for a prescription.
  • Affiliate disclosure. Knowledge stays free. Every page, every guide and every tool is free to read and stays free. Apply links on this page go to the partner's own program. Where an agreement is later in place, the card will print what is earned. Until then, treat every apply link as unpaid. No partner paid for placement. No partner wrote a card.

How we rate

We rate partners for coach-eligible earn paths in the USA: affiliate, ambassador, B2B referral, or white-label operator programs that do not require an MD or DO license for the coach's business role. If a partner wants the coach to sound like a doctor, dose like a doctor, or guarantee outcomes like a supplement ad, they fail before earn rates matter.

DimensionWeightWhat is counted
Earn clarityHighest for outreach priorityA public percent, CPA, or spread is strong. Book-a-call-only is acceptable for white-label and weaker for affiliate. Income screenshots without terms are discounted.
US reachRequired for a national listA claimed 50-state provider network with honest carve-outs is strong. Most states without a matrix needs a call. Single-state clinics usually drop off a national shortlist.
Trust and clinical modelHard downs applyLicensed clinicians in the patient's state. The partner never diagnoses. Compounded is not FDA-approved, stated in plain language. LegitScript, HIPAA, or SOC2 claims checked where possible. FDA warning letters, FTC orders, fake-review findings, and research-use-only framing are hard downs.
Peptide breadthArchive fitRecovery, longevity, GH secretagogues, NAD+, and metabolic care, not only a tirzepatide funnel. A broad Category 1 menu is a boost. GLP-1-only is still listable as a funnel complement, with a lower Archive-core fit.
Explicit coach or creator eligibilityRequired to be on this pageThe site names coaches, trainers, gyms, or educators. Publishers and media buyers are usable, with the frame noted. ACE-only or license-gated medical-affiliate tracks are marked partial.

verified

Public partner or affiliate page found. Coach path and earn shape are intelligible without a sales deck.

likely

Program exists. Rates, states, or pharmacy details are thin. Needs a call before promotion.

caution

An earn path may exist, but regulatory history (FDA warning letter or FTC order) makes Archive promotion inappropriate until cleared.

Hard exclusions: research-use-only consumer funnels, programs that require the coach to prescribe or hold inventory, defunct brands, and partners under an active FTC final order for deception. Those last ones can appear as a case study. They are not earn partners. A directory score from the September 2026 clinician ranking still prints on some cards when we have one. It is a separate count, not this rubric.

How a health coach should use this

Educate and refer only. You can walk a client through what a program actually offers, what is compounded versus FDA-approved, which states it covers, and what the public reviews say. You cannot diagnose, write a protocol, or tell them what to inject.

A white-label operating system puts the clinic, the pharmacy, and the prescribing network behind your brand. That is an operating business. A classic affiliate is a tracked link or a CPA. The clinic keeps the brand. You get a commission if a referred patient pays. Pick the lane that matches the work you already do.

Never send a client to a research-use-only storefront as if it were a clinic. Those sellers are named and graded on the price pages. They are not on this page.

Supplement partners

A parallel list of coach-eligible supplement brands lives on its own page: the same coach-not-doctor rule, the same unpaid-until-disclosed affiliate line, a published quality-and-claim rubric, featured Tier A cards, and every tier in one table. MLM and other Tier D names stay as caution flags. They are not for promotion. Coach-eligible bloodwork companies are on /bloodwork/partners. That page is clinical panels, not compounded peptides.

What this page does not do

It does not tell you which partner is best. A head-to-head trial between clinics does not exist, and a grade is not a verdict. It does not list research-use vendors. It does not invent an email. Apply URLs are the public ones already on file.

45 partners from the 2026-09-20 coach-eligible shortlist. Reviewed 2026-09-20. We never charge for knowledge. This site is supported by affiliate income, disclosed on the row it comes from, and no vendor has a say in what a page says. The harder test is whether a page tells you what went against it.
