Debbie Cuha: midlife, thyroid, and building back bone
You are the hero of this work. Debbie is a guide for the midlife questions this archive now answers. She is not a doctor. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a stack to copy.
Safety and scope
Coach, not doctor
This archive is coach, not doctor. Debbie cannot diagnose you, does not know your history or your medication list, and will not tell you what to take. Decisions belong with you and the clinicians who actually see you.
The story
A midlife guide, not a before and after
Debbie Cuha is Aaron's wife and partner in the years behind this archive, including the medical camps they ran in Nepal. The visitor stays the hero. Her page exists so peri, post menopause, thyroid, and Hashimoto's questions have a person attached, not a stock photo and not a protocol.
She reports losing 41 pounds. That is her report, not a clinical endpoint and not a trial result. One person's change is an anecdote. It is here so you know she has done hard work in the same years many readers are in, not as proof that a compound did it.
She has been working hard on bone density under care. She reports that her last scan showed significant improvement. This page does not publish scan numbers she did not give. Research peptides are not osteoporosis drugs, and they do not replace DXA, training, protein, or prescribed bone care.
She recently fell on a hike. She was bruised. She did not break anything. She was genuinely glad. That is a small, human note about the bone work, not a published fracture trial and not a promise about anyone else's next fall.
The framing she uses is supervised care, exercise, nutrition, TRT where prescribed, and peptides used as scoped tools under guidance. That is a multi-factor plan, not a cure story. It is not medical advice, and it is not a protocol this site will hand you to repeat.
This page has no before and after photographs. It will not add image placeholders that imply photo proof. The reports above are words she authorized, and they stay words.
Where to read next
The FAQ answers are population-level and evidence-shaped. They still refuse "what should I take." Aaron's page is the method and the money.
Peri and post menopause FAQ
What changes after peri, how people discuss peptides next to HRT or TRT, and where the evidence stops.
OpenThyroid and Hashimoto's FAQ
What people ask about peptides and thyroid disease, and why thyroid medication timing still comes first.
OpenAaron's about page
The guide behind the map, the method, the money, and how to tell us we are wrong.
OpenBone strength, measured
Density is a scan. Fracture is an event. This site separates them.
OpenEducational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
