A four-peptide vendor blend, typically 50 mg GHK-Cu with 10 mg each of KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500, sold for repair and inflammation; no study has ever tested the combination, and GHK-Cu makes up most of the vial.
Overview
KLOW is one of the most widely stocked gray-market products of 2026. It bundles the copper peptide GHK-Cu (about 62% of the vial by mass) with the anti-inflammatory tripeptide KPV and the healing peptides BPC-157 and TB-500. Each ingredient has its own animal or in-vitro literature, but nothing has been published on the four together, on their stability in one vial (the copper complex is acidic and colors the solution blue), or on how a blend can be dosed when each component has a different profile. Because GHK-Cu dominates the mixture, sustained use is a meaningful copper load.
Mechanism of action
Assumed sum of the parts: copper-peptide collagen and repair signaling (GHK-Cu), MC1R and NF-kB anti-inflammatory effects (KPV), and BPC-157/TB-500 tissue-repair pathways, all from animal or in-vitro work.
