The eight files named coa-... are 3D product renders of injector pens posed beside a mock certificate. On the one opened the Vanguard Laboratory sheet has sample ID GLP3-R, assay 60MG / 3ML, purity 99.1 percent and a Date field that still reads the unfilled placeholder [Current Date]. No lot number and no real date appear. Page text also names Analytical Formulations.
