Is CJC-1295 with ipamorelin and GHRP-2 legal in Canada?

Three growth hormone secretagogues in one vial, commonly 2 mg each in a 6 mg vial. Two of the three act at exactly the same receptor, which is the fact this product is built to obscure. The combination has never been studied, and adding a second ghrelin-receptor agonist to the first adds the older agent's appetite and cortisol profile without adding a second mechanism.

Three is the number that should stop a buyer. Ipamorelin and GHRP-2 are both agonists at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor, the ghrelin receptor.

Mechanism: Two of the three components are agonists at the same growth hormone secretagogue receptor and are additive at that receptor rather than complementary. The third is a GHRH receptor agonist raising pulse amplitude.

Regulatory history: Not approved. None of the three components is an approved medicine in the United States and no regulator has evaluated any combination of them.

Authorises drugs for sale through a Notice of Compliance and Drug Identification Number. A compound that is not authorised for sale cannot lawfully be sold for human use, and personal importation of prescription drugs is limited.
