Is Deadpool blend legal in the United States?

A vial of three repair peptides, most often 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. It is sold as KLOW without the copper. No study has tested the three together, in people or animals. The biggest risk is the name. Different sellers use it for at least three different mixes. One is KLOW with a new label. One uses a different peptide in place of KPV. The word on the label does not tell you what is inside.

Deadpool is a sales name, not a recipe. Different sellers put the same name on different vials.

How it works: People assume the three add up. Nobody has checked.

Approval history: Not approved. No regulator has reviewed the combination. FDA staff reviewed BPC-157 alone for the July 2026 meeting of the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee, and found no adequate human data.

Approves prescription drugs, each for a named use. It also acts against unapproved products, including peptides sold online. Compounding pharmacies, which mix drugs to order, may make some compounds with a prescription. That only applies when the FDA puts the compound in a category of bulk ingredients it allows.

Whether Deadpool blend is banned in sport is set by the World Anti-Doping Code and by military rules, not by its legal status in the United States. Before you compete or get tested, look up Deadpool blend by name on the Prohibited List, or look up a named product in Global DRO. Under the World Anti-Doping Code, category S0 bans, at all times, any drug-like substance that meets two tests. No other section of the List covers it. And no government health regulator anywhere has a current approval for it as a treatment in people. Many substances that are approved somewhere are banned by name in another section. So approval does not mean a substance is allowed in sport.
