What this means

  • 01

No product containing Deadpool blend is approved by MHRA for any use in the United Kingdom, so nothing on the market is authorized for people.

  • 02

"Research use only" is a vendor label, not a legal category that permits human use. It does not exempt a product from medicines law.

  • 03

Importing, supplying or promoting it for human use can fall under medicines legislation in the United Kingdom. This page is general information, not legal advice.

What Deadpool blend is

A three-peptide repair vial, most often 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, sold as KLOW without the copper. No study has tested the three together in any species. The name is the real hazard: different vendors sell at least three different formulas under it, including one that is KLOW relabelled and one built on a different peptide entirely, so the word on the label does not identify the contents.

Deadpool is a marketing name, not a formula. Search the vendors and you find the same word on a 30 mg vial holding 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, on a 20 mg vial split 10 mg TB-500, 5 mg BPC-157 and 5 mg KPV, on a copper-loaded vial that is KLOW under another name, and on a three-peptide vial built around cartalax rather than KPV.

Mechanism: Assumed additive, and assumed is doing the work. BPC-157 acts through the angiogenic and tissue repair pathways described on its own page, almost entirely in rodents.

Regulatory history: Not approved. No regulator has evaluated the combination. FDA staff evaluated BPC-157 alone for the July 2026 Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee and found no adequate human data.

How MHRA treats this kind of product

Licenses medicines for the UK market. A compound without a marketing authorisation is an unlicensed medicine, which can only lawfully be supplied for human use through a prescriber under the specials scheme, not sold as a research product.

The classification above is the The Longevity Archive reading of Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency listings for Deadpool blend at the reviewed date, not a legal opinion. Rules change, and importing, prescribing and possessing a compound can each be treated differently. Check the regulator directly before acting on anything here.
