What KN069 is
It does the opposite of tirzepatide at the GIP switch, in one molecule, and it also caused weight loss. Half of a dose is still in the body after 37 to 46 days, among the longest of any drug on this site.
Tirzepatide switches on the GIP receptor. This drug blocks it, while switching on GLP-1 in the same molecule.
How it works: One molecule switches on the GLP-1 receptor and blocks the GIP receptor. The GLP-1 half cuts food intake and improves blood sugar in the usual way.
