What KN069 is
Mechanistically the opposite of tirzepatide in one molecule, and it also produced weight loss. Its half-life is 37 to 46 days, among the longest of any agent on this site.
Tirzepatide activates the GIP receptor. This drug blocks it, while activating GLP-1 in the same molecule.
Mechanism: A single molecule combining GLP-1 receptor agonism with GIP receptor antagonism. The GLP-1 half reduces food intake and improves glycaemic control conventionally.
