Is Sermorelin with GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 legal in the United Kingdom?

An old pharmacy-made triple, usually 3 mg of each in a 9 mg vial, or 2 mg of each in a 6 mg vial. Two of the three press the same hunger hormone switch. So this is two ways of working, with one of them given twice. And the second one is the peptide with the strongest hunger effect in the family.

This blend is older than most of the market, and pharmacies still send it out. The reason given is that GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 act a bit differently, and using both covers more ground.

How it works: Sermorelin is a copy of the first part of GHRH, the brain's growth hormone switch. It presses the GHRH switch and makes each burst of growth hormone bigger.

Approval history: Not approved as a combination. Sermorelin was once approved in the US, and was pulled from sale for business reasons. Neither GHRP has ever been approved.

Licenses medicines for sale in the UK. A compound without a licence to be sold (a marketing authorisation) is an unlicensed medicine. The law only lets it reach people through a prescriber, under the specials scheme (unlicensed medicines made for one patient's needs). It cannot be sold as a research product.

Whether Sermorelin with GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 is banned in sport is set by the World Anti-Doping Code and by military rules, not by its legal status in the United Kingdom. Before you compete or get tested, look up Sermorelin with GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 by name on the Prohibited List, or look up a named product in Global DRO. Under the World Anti-Doping Code, category S0 bans, at all times, any drug-like substance that meets two tests. No other section of the List covers it. And no government health regulator anywhere has a current approval for it as a treatment in people. Many substances that are approved somewhere are banned by name in another section. So approval does not mean a substance is allowed in sport.
