Why does this site not grade or rank anything?
It used to. Every profile carried a research strength and an evidence level, and both were removed, because a letter grade compresses the one thing a reader actually needs into a label that hides it. What replaced them is the countable figure: how many human studies a profile cites, how many people were in them, and what those studies measured. That number is on every profile and it is checkable against the citations underneath. The honest answer to which compound or protocol is best also depends on facts about you that a web page does not have, so nothing here declares a winner.
Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
