Should I change my levothyroxine dose after starting a GLP-1?

Not on your own. Dose changes belong with the prescriber, usually checked with labs rather than with a tip. The existing thyroid answer on this site already says that. A delayed-emptying mechanism is not a license to raise or cut thyroid hormone. If absorption is the worry, ask the clinician or pharmacist. Do not crowdsource a new dose.
