At minimum, the thyroid panel your clinician already uses (often TSH and free T4; antibodies when relevant), plus whatever they monitor for HRT or TRT if those are in play. Do not start a research compound to see what happens to TSH without a monitoring plan and a person who will interpret the numbers.
