Should I use a desiccant when storing peptides?

It helps. Moisture is a major driver of degradation, so placing vials in an airtight container with a desiccant pack adds a useful layer of protection, particularly for long-term freezer storage. Peptides are hygroscopic and can pull water from the air once a vial is opened.
