Do I need to let a cold vial warm up before reconstituting?

Yes. Let a refrigerated or frozen vial come up to room temperature before adding water. Introducing liquid into a very cold vial can stress the seal and the peptide, and condensation can form. Letting it equilibrate first makes for a cleaner, more reliable reconstitution.
