High performance liquid chromatography is the standard method for measuring a peptide's purity and confirming how much of the labeled compound is actually in the vial, separating the target molecule from synthesis byproducts and degradation products. It is the test most certificates of analysis in this market are referring to. A lab can be broadly accredited and still not have that specific test inside its accreditation scope, which is why the scope document matters more than the accreditation logo.
