What is the difference between a linked lab certificate and a claim only certificate?

A linked lab certificate names a specific, identifiable independent laboratory and can usually be checked against that lab's own records or portal. A claim only listing is a seller stating that testing happened without naming who did it or publishing anything that can be verified. In the vendor set this site tracks, 65 of 99 peptide sellers had a linked lab certificate and 29 were claim only, which is a real and checkable difference in how far you can trust the number on the label.
