Is PDA with TB-500 legal in Australia?

The 2026 replacement for the Wolverine stack, pairing the arginate salt of the BPC-157 sequence with the fragment sold as TB-500. PubMed returns no publication at all for pentadeca arginate, so the blend borrows evidence twice over: from a peptide it is a salt of, and from a protein one component is only a fragment of. Vial sizes are not consistent across vendors.

Pentadeca arginate, PDA, is sold as an upgrade to BPC-157. The sequence is the same fifteen amino acids; the counterion is arginate rather than acetate, and the marketing claim is better stability.

Mechanism: PDA is assumed to work through BPC-157's pathways because it is the same peptide sequence, and that assumption has never been tested for the arginate form. The BPC-157 literature describes angiogenesis, growth factor receptor expression and reduced inflammatory cytokines, almost entirely in rodents.

Regulatory history: Not approved. Pentadeca arginate has never been evaluated by any regulator under that name, and FDA staff reviewing the same peptide sequence as BPC-157 in July 2026 found no adequate human data.

Registers or lists therapeutic goods on the ARTG and schedules substances in the Poisons Standard. Many peptides are Schedule 4 (prescription only), so possession without a prescription and personal importation are restricted even when no product is registered.
