Two gray-market healing peptides in one vial, usually 10 mg of each, sold for injury recovery. No study has ever tested the combination. BPC-157's systematic review found 36 studies of which 35 were preclinical, and what vendors sell as TB-500 is not thymosin beta 4 but a seven amino acid fragment of it.
Wolverine is the most recognisable name in gray-market recovery peptides. The standard preparation is 10 milligrams of BPC-157 with 10 milligrams of TB-500 in a single vial, marketed on the idea that the two healing pathways add up.
Mechanism: Assumed additive, and assumed is the operative word. BPC-157 is reported in preclinical models to raise growth hormone receptor expression and several pathways involved in cell growth and angiogenesis while reducing inflammatory cytokines.
