Overview
GB-115 was developed at the Zakusov Institute as a CCK-4 analog with anxiolytic and antidepressant-like effects in rodents without sedation or dependence signals. No human trial has been published. Vendor descriptions in 2026 attributed it to a different receptor system (MC4), which conflicts with the published pharmacology, so product claims should be treated as unreliable.
