What studies in people showed
There are no human or animal trials. No human trial has ever been registered. In a dish, it burst cancer cells. So does bleach. The FDA found a bacterium, Variovorax paradoxus, in a PNC-27 product meant to be breathed in.

What is PNC-27?
PNC-27 is a peptide that bursts cancer cells in a dish. It is sold online as a cancer cure, to breathe in, inject and more. The FDA warned the public after finding bacteria in one product. No human trial has ever been registered.
PNC-27 is a peptide made from part of p53, a protein that guards against cancer. In lab dishes, it grabs a protein called HDM-2 on the surface of cancer cells and punches holes in them. Nothing beyond dish studies exists. There is no animal program testing whether it works, and no registered human trial. Even so, it is marketed as treating any cancer. The FDA issued a public warning after a PNC-27 solution for breathing in tested positive for a bacterium, Variovorax paradoxus. It is listed here as a safety alert.
How does PNC-27 work?
In a dish, it grabs HDM-2 on cancer cell surfaces and forms holes that burst the cells.
