What this page can say
The names below are facts about certificates we opened. They are not a ranking of laboratories against one another, and they carry no HPLC purity score. Seller certificate tier is still the ranking on every price page.
The purity and dose gate is written and off. We do not invent pass or fail from missing certificates of analysis.
Deferred: HPLC scores, a lab quality letter, and turning the purity gate on. Those need quality data we are entitled to use. They are not shipped.
How to check a certificate from Axiom Labs
A certificate on a seller's site is a file the seller uploaded. A certificate this lab's own website shows you is something else. Take the codes printed on the file and type them in here yourself. Do not follow a link or a QR code printed on the file. A fake certificate carries a fake link.
- Find these on the certificate: Search code printed in the top right of the certificate, in the form AX-YYYY-XXXXXX, for example AX-2026-E2938F; or the accession number; or a scan of the QR code.
- Type the laboratory's address into your browser: https://axiomlabsanalytics.com/coa-lookup
- What a real one shows you: The record for that one certificate. There is no browsable list and no public index of submitters. Anything else, even a page that loads but shows no report, means the certificate has not been confirmed.

- Where it is
- not published axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Country
- Not published. The site gives no country, no address, no telephone number and no email address. It says all inquiries are handled through its contact form. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Report lookup
- Yes. A public COA Lookup page takes the search code or accession number printed in the top right of the certificate. Codes are not case sensitive and spaces are to be removed. The site says records are opened one at a time and there is no public list of who submitted them. It claims more than 12,480 verified certificates. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Outside approval
- None claimed. The site says its methods are USP aligned and maps each panel to a compendial reference. It makes no ISO/IEC 17025, CLIA, GMP or DEA claim. Its own lab profile block lists methodology as USP aligned and names no accrediting body. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Purity test
- Purity by HPLC, the standard lab test for purity, with a stated detection range of 0.05 to 100 percent. The certificate reports a batch average purity across four vials and prints each vial separately. enhancedchems.com
- Identity test
- Identity by LC-MS, a test that weighs the molecule, on an electrospray time of flight instrument with a stated accuracy of plus or minus 5 parts per million. The certificate prints identity confirmation with the compound named against the reference standard. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Amount in the vial
- Net content in milligrams, reported as a batch average with each vial listed. The certificate read here gave a batch average of 101.758 mg against a 100 mg label with a plus or minus 10 percent reference, from four vials. enhancedchems.com
- Bacterial toxins
- Bacterial toxins (endotoxins) by the kinetic chromogenic LAL test under USP 85, read at 405 nm, with a stated range of 0.01 to 1.0 EU per mL. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Germ-free test
- A contamination indicator panel under USP 61, covering total aerobic and total yeast and mould counts. The certificate prints it as a microbial sterility screen with a no growth reference, which is a screen rather than the 14 day USP 71 sterility test. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Heavy metals
- Toxic metals by ICP-MS under USP 232 and 233, at parts per billion. The certificate prints arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury each as Negative rather than as a measured figure. enhancedchems.com
- Who may submit
- Customers complete a submission form and ship the material, then receive an accession number. The site has a vendor portal aimed at sellers and says it tests lots and batches rather than brands. It does not say it buys products to test on its own. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Names the client
- Yes. The certificate prints Client with the seller's name, the product, the form, the labelled quantity, the batch, the cap colour, the molecular formula, and the analysis, reported and received dates. A named laboratory director is given as the reviewer. enhancedchems.com
- Sample tracking
- Not published. The process page runs from submission to accession number to testing to publication, with nothing on how the sample is handled or who touches it. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Turnaround
- Three to seven business days. axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Pricing
- not published axiomlabsanalytics.com
- Independence
- Stated, with no owner named. The about page says Axiom is not affiliated with any vendor, manufacturer or distributor of the materials it tests, and that independence is the basis of every certificate it issues. It says it has been a reliable source since 2022. No person, company or address appears anywhere on the site. axiomlabsanalytics.com
Report numbers look like this: AX-YYYY-XXXXXX, for example AX-2026-E2938F, printed as the search code in the certificate header
Our notes
- The certificate reaches a verdict, which not every laboratory here does. It prints PASS at the top and a tick against every row, each measured against a reference standard printed beside it. enhancedchems.com
- The certificate layout is close to one other laboratory in this set, SteriGenix: the same batch average purity and batch average net content rows, the same identity confirmation by LC-MS line, the same microbial sterility screen, the same heavy metal screen reporting Negative, and the same cap colour field. Nothing published by either one says they are connected, and this is an observation about two documents, not a finding about either laboratory. vicipeptides.com
- For a laboratory whose entire claim is public verifiability, there is no address, no telephone number, no email address, no named owner and no country on the site. The only person named anywhere is the laboratory director who signs the certificate. axiomlabsanalytics.com
