What this page can say

The names below are facts about certificates we opened. They are not a ranking of laboratories against one another, and they carry no HPLC purity score. Seller certificate tier is still the ranking on every price page.

The purity and dose gate is written and off. We do not invent pass or fail from missing certificates of analysis.

Deferred: HPLC scores, a lab quality letter, and turning the purity gate on. Those need quality data we are entitled to use. They are not shipped.

How to check a certificate from Elevated Laboratories

A certificate on a seller's site is a file the seller uploaded. A certificate this lab's own website shows you is something else. Take the codes printed on the file and type them in here yourself. Do not follow a link or a QR code printed on the file. A fake certificate carries a fake link.

  1. Find these on the certificate: Certificate ID printed on the report, in the form EL-YYYY-NNN; or a scan of the QR code on the certificate.
  2. Type the laboratory's address into your browser: https://elevatedlaboratories.com/verify
  3. What a real one shows you: The released record for that certificate ID, drawn from a static content file the site serves to every visitor. Records not marked released do not display. Anything else, even a page that loads but shows no report, means the certificate has not been confirmed.

Where it is
La Grande, Oregon. The certificate prints La Grande, OR 97850 at the foot. No street address is published. advancedresearchpep.com
Country
United States elevatedlaboratories.com
Report lookup
Yes. A verify page takes the certificate ID printed on the report or encoded in the QR code. It says only records marked released will display. The records it searches are a plain JavaScript file the site serves to the browser, so the whole released set can be read without entering anything: sixteen records on the day this was read, each with a certificate ID, lot, compound, dates, purity, strength, identity and the client name. elevatedlaboratories.com
Outside approval
None, and the lab says so itself in the clearest terms of any laboratory in this set. It says it is building the quality system, method documentation and sterile handling procedures ISO/IEC 17025 requires, that it is not currently accredited, and that it will not call itself accredited, ISO certified or ISO 17025 compliant as a substitute for a current scope. It says the distinction is stated on every public page and on issued certificates. elevatedlaboratories.com
Purity test
Chromatographic purity by UHPLC, a faster form of the standard purity test, reported as area percent of the main peak with the wavelength and integration conditions stated. The lab says plainly that purity is not a potency or assay result. The certificate prints the column, the solvents, the flow rate and the wavelength. elevatedlaboratories.com
Identity test
Identity by UHPLC with mass spectrometric detection, a test that weighs the molecule, or with UV detection. The report gives the method identifier, the observed retention time and a conclusion of confirmed, not confirmed or inconclusive. The released records print the method as UHPLC-UV / UHPLC-MS. elevatedlaboratories.com
Amount in the vial
Strength in milligrams per vial, quantified by UHPLC with a photodiode array and a single quadrupole mass detector. The certificate read here reported 50.83 mg against a 50 mg label. advancedresearchpep.com
Bacterial toxins
Bacterial toxins (endotoxins) by the kinetic chromogenic LAL test, reported as a number in EU per mg or EU per mL, with inhibition and enhancement controls. The lab says this is not a sterility test and does not replace USP 71. elevatedlaboratories.com
Germ-free test
Not offered. A total microbial count is, covering aerobic organisms plus yeasts and moulds, and the lab says it is not a sterility claim. It also says that sterile procedure language on the site describes how the lab handles samples, not whether a client's material is sterile. elevatedlaboratories.com
Heavy metals
Elemental impurities by ICP-MS, typically arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury, reported in micrograms per gram or per vial. elevatedlaboratories.com
Who may submit
Membership first. New clients apply, and access is approved before pricing and shipping instructions are issued. Approved members get packing and labelling instructions by email and enter the inbound tracking number in a portal. The lab does not say it buys products to test on its own. elevatedlaboratories.com
Names the client
Yes. The certificate prints Customer with the company name, plus the product, the lot, a task number, the dates samples were received and tested, a specification column beside every result, and the named analytical chemist who performed the work with his email address. advancedresearchpep.com
Sample tracking
Published in detail. Packages are opened in a designated receipt area, container integrity, label match and temperature condition are recorded, and the received date in the portal is the laboratory receipt date rather than the carrier delivery scan. The lab says a chain of custody record is kept for every sample. elevatedlaboratories.com
Turnaround
Not published. The workflow page describes the stages without quoting a number of days. elevatedlaboratories.com
Pricing
Not published. Pricing is issued only after a member application is approved. elevatedlaboratories.com
Independence
Stated. The lab describes itself as independent and veteran owned, in Eastern Oregon. No owner is named on the site; the certificate names the analytical chemist who signed it. elevatedlaboratories.com

Report numbers look like this: EL-YYYY-NNN on released records, for example EL-2026-400. The certificates read on seller sites carry a six digit task number instead, such as 260432

Our notes

  • All sixteen released records in the public verification file name the same client, a different seller from the one that named this lab here. The certificates on that seller's site carry a task number but no EL certificate ID, so there is nothing on them to look up. A reader holding one of those cannot check it on the lab's verify page. elevatedlaboratories.com
  • The verify page checks a static file served to the browser rather than asking a database, which is worth knowing: it means the lookup can only ever confirm what is in that file, and the whole file is readable by anyone. elevatedlaboratories.com
  • The certificate carries a note explaining that injectable peptides may contain salts and sugars to aid solubility and act as buffers, that these are not normally seen by the UV detector, and that they are not counted as impurities. advancedresearchpep.com
