Can epitalon cause insomnia?
This site's epitalon citations do not report insomnia as a counted adverse event. The long human studies measured mortality and cardiovascular outcomes, not sleep. The July 2026 Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee vote, 7 to 4 with 1 abstention, recommended epitalon for compounding specifically for insomnia, against FDA reviewers; that vote is advisory and is not a finding that the peptide causes or treats insomnia in a counted trial on this site. This FAQ does not invent a sleep rate.
Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of more absences and national fields. Further harvested questions after the first names-and-absences set: more side effects the citations did not count, compounding formulas this catalogue does not hold, national legal-status fields for compounds that only have those four countries, trial windows rather than an onset clock, and named prescription combinations with no interaction table.
