Pancragen is a four building block peptide from Khavinson's institute in Russia, sold to support the pancreas. The evidence is cell work, animal work and one small study in older adults with no proper comparison group, all from the same research group.
Pancragen is claimed to support the pancreas and blood sugar control. The biggest human result is one small study in older adults, from the same group that made it.
