Can peptides replace prescribed osteoporosis drugs after menopause?

No. Approved osteoporosis medications are the treatments that have fracture endpoints. This site's bone pages already say density is a scan and fracture is an event, and that drug trials, not peptide marketing, are where fracture evidence lives. Research peptides do not earn a place by sounding anabolic. Do not stop a prescribed bone drug for an unapproved peptide.
