Can research peptides replace protein and lifting on a GLP-1 after menopause?
No. Peptides are not a substitute for that stack. If a clinician has prescribed a GLP-1, muscle-preserving work is protein and lifting under a plan you can actually keep, plus follow-up. This site will not sell a research vial as the thing that makes training optional. Coach, not doctor: nobody here can write your protein target or your session.
