Can I take BPC-157 with a blood thinner?

This site holds no systematic interaction data for BPC-157 with anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs. The five small human studies, fewer than 110 people, were not designed as bleeding or clotting interaction trials. FDA's three adverse-event reports name injection-site reactions, shortness of breath, and hyperpigmentation, not an anticoagulant interaction table. Combining an unapproved research chemical with a blood thinner is a question for the prescribing clinician or pharmacist. This FAQ does not invent a safety finding and does not give a dose.
