Can I take ipamorelin and tesamorelin together?

No published trial has tested combining these two specifically. Tesamorelin is FDA approved on its own, as Egrifta, for HIV associated visceral fat, with human trials covering more than 800 participants; ipamorelin's evidence is one human citation covering 117 participants. Both act on growth hormone release through different receptors, GHRH and ghrelin respectively, which is the mechanistic reasoning behind pairing them, but that reasoning has not been tested together in a controlled study.
