Which is stronger, semaglutide, tirzepatide, or retatrutide?

Judged purely by average weight loss percentage across their separate trials, retatrutide's Phase 3 result, up to 28.3% at 80 weeks, is larger than tirzepatide's, up to 21% at 72 weeks, which is larger than semaglutide's approved dose result, around 15%. These numbers come from three separate trials in different populations, not one study comparing all three head to head, and retatrutide remains investigational, not an approved drug like the other two.
