Should I combine sermorelin and ipamorelin?

No trial has tested this combination directly. Sermorelin and CJC-1295 both work through the GHRH receptor, while ipamorelin works through the ghrelin receptor, so combining a GHRH analogue with ipamorelin follows the same two receptor logic as the more commonly discussed CJC-1295 and ipamorelin pairing. That logic is mechanistically reasonable; it is not the same as trial evidence that the combination outperforms either compound alone.
