Can TB-500 be taken orally?
This site holds no published study giving TB-500 to a person by mouth, or by any other route. FDA's 2026 evaluation found no human administration of the fragment at all. The first registered trial of the fragment, NCT07487363, is a Phase 1/2 in 80 people with stable atherosclerotic disease recruiting since February 2026, built around cardiovascular biomarkers, not oral absorption. Swallowed claims for this fragment are not a counted finding here. This FAQ does not invent an oral dose or an absorption percentage.
Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of further names and published absences. Leftover harvested questions after the first two absence sets: more brand versus molecule names, side effects the citations did not count, compounding formulas this catalogue does not hold, national FDA and Australia fields, trial windows rather than an onset clock, named combinations with no interaction table, and oral routes that have not been studied.
