Can you take tesamorelin and sermorelin together?

Both act on the GHRH receptor, so stacking them is two ligands at one receptor family, not the two-receptor logic used for GHRH plus ipamorelin. Tesamorelin is FDA approved as Egrifta, with human trials covering more than 800 participants for HIV-associated visceral fat. Sermorelin is prior approval discontinued (Geref).
