Can you overdose on peptides?

For the FDA approved peptides, the label states a maximum dose and describes what happens above it, generally gastrointestinal symptoms for the GLP-1 drugs. For the unapproved research peptides, there is no published human dose finding trial for most of them, so there is no established safe range or documented overdose threshold to cite. That absence of data is itself the honest answer, not a signal that any particular amount is safe.
