Do peptides affect fertility?

This depends entirely on which peptide. Some, like gonadorelin and kisspeptin-10, work directly on the reproductive hormone axis and are specifically studied for fertility related uses. Most of the peptides discussed for muscle, healing, or cognition have no published human data measuring fertility outcomes at all, so a blanket answer for 'peptides' as a category is not something the evidence supports either way.
