How this ranks
No match scores
Other tools print a match percentage. Nobody measured those numbers. This page shows how many people each goal was measured in, and names the goals nobody has measured in a person.
A thin record in people is usually about who pays for trials. It is not a verdict on the compound.
What users report sits next to the trial count. It is never added into it.
What are you trying to change?
Pick as many as you like. The number on each one is how many people it has been measured in across the whole archive. So you can see where the evidence is before you choose.
Somebody handed you a stack. What is actually known about it?
Add what you are looking at. You get every goal those compounds have been measured for in people. Then you get the longer list of goals they have not.
Inflammation
Does it bring inflammation down?
Almost always measured as a marker in blood rather than as something a person notices. Worth knowing which one a trial actually moved.

found nothingOne tablet beat both a dummy and morphine for pain after foot surgery. Two hundred and fifty eight patients got cebranopadol at one of three strengths, a slow release morphine tablet, or a dummy. The two higher strengths relieved pain over the first ten hours better than either comparison. Morphine worked, but later....

This trial never got the people it needed and it did not show what it set out to show. It was built for more than five hundred patients with cancer pain and recruited a quarter of that before stopping. Those who took part got cebranopadol or slow release morphine for up to seven weeks. People on cebranopadol reached...

This was the trial that settled the question, and carbetocin failed it. 175 people with Prader-Willi syndrome used either a carbetocin nasal spray or a dummy spray, three times a day for 12 weeks. The relentless hunger that defines the condition eased by the same amount in both groups, with the dummy group very...

Ziconotide clearly relieved severe pain that nothing else was touching. 111 people with cancer or AIDS, aged 24 to 85, got either the drug or a dummy into the fluid around the spinal cord, and nobody involved knew which. Pain scores dropped by about half on the drug and by under a fifth on the dummy. Just over half...

The drug worked for long term pain not caused by cancer, and the dose had to be cut mid trial to make it bearable. 255 hospital inpatients got ziconotide or a dummy into the spinal fluid over six days. Pain fell by about a third on the drug and by a twentieth on the dummy. Partway through, side effects forced the team...

A small study found less back pain after bee venom acupuncture. Fifty four people with long standing low back pain had six sessions over three weeks, either the real thing or a fake version, on top of a painkiller everyone took. Pain, bother and function all improved more in the venom group at three weeks. Fifty four...

In Cushing's syndrome, where cortisol is the problem, blocking its receptor with mifepristone improved blood sugar, blood pressure and weight over six months. 50 adults took part, and there was no dummy pill group. Tiredness, nausea, headache and low potassium were common. This is the approved use, not a study of...

In mice. Mice on a weekly cancer drug got nerve pain and lost tiny nerve fibres in their paws. A steady supply of SS-20 prevented the pain and kept the nerve fibres normal. It was given to prevent the damage, not to treat it. The authors declare a money interest, and nobody has followed this up in people.

How this is counted
Studies in people only. Animal and lab work never goes into this ranking, because your question was about a person.
A compound is listed for a goal only when a study on its own page names that goal and reports a result for it. Just naming it is not enough. Say a paper measures testosterone but reports a result about something else. That does not count as testosterone evidence. This tool made that mistake on its first run, and it no longer does.
People counts come from the study lines themselves, and when in doubt they count low. If a line gives no number, the study still counts as a study but adds nobody to the people count. Counts are never added up across compounds, because the same person can be in more than one trial.
The order is by how many people were measured. That is a fact about the evidence, not a judgement about the compound. It is the only order this site will defend. A compound at the top of a list is the most studied. That is not the same as the best.
Nothing here is advice. Nothing here tells you to take anything.
