How long does a compound stay in your system after you stop?

As a rule of thumb, about five half-lives, when a half-life has actually been measured. That is roughly 97 percent cleared. The table on /cycling computes that figure from published half-lives already on each profile. Where none has been published, that page says so rather than estimating one. Clearance is not the same as receptor recovery, and it is not a cycle length.

Part of cycling and clearance. Whether peptides need a break, what a half-life actually tells you, and where a real cycling mechanism has been measured. Full detail at /cycling.
