Should sermorelin be cycled?
No trial has tested a cycle length for sermorelin specifically. It works through the same GHRH receptor where continuous stimulation has been measured to partially blunt response within hours in other human studies, so the mechanism for tolerance exists in principle, but nobody has dosed sermorelin on a schedule and compared it to continuous use. When sermorelin was an approved product (Geref), it was dosed daily for years in children with growth hormone deficiency, not cycled.
