Should tesamorelin be cycled?
Its own FDA label answers this directly: tesamorelin (Egrifta) is approved as a daily injection taken continuously for as long as treatment for HIV-associated visceral fat is indicated, with no cycling schedule in the approved regimen, despite tesamorelin being a GHRH analogue in the same receptor family discussed above.
