Should peptides be cycled?

For most of this catalogue, no trial has tested a cycle length against continuous dosing, so a specific on/off schedule is convention, not a finding. The one exception is the growth hormone secretagogue family, where continuous GHRH stimulation has been measured to partially blunt the pituitary's response within hours in normal men, and daily injections of the related peptide GHRP-2 measurably reduced peak growth hormone over five days in a small human trial. The full breakdown, compound by compound, is at /cycling.

Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.

Part of cycling and clearance. Whether peptides need a break, what a half-life actually tells you, and where a real cycling mechanism has been measured. Full detail at /cycling.
