How do you rotate peptide injection sites?

Treat each of the four subcutaneous regions as its own zone: abdomen at least two inches from the navel, outer thigh, back of the upper arm, and upper outer buttock. Move systematically inside a zone rather than picking a random spot, and keep the next puncture at least one inch from the last one used there. Skin that is bruised, hardened, red, broken, or sitting under a stretch mark or scar should be skipped. This is the rotation scheme from the insulin injection technique literature, not a dose or a protocol. Full walkthrough at /injecting.

Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.

Part of injecting: sites, needles and safety. Subcutaneous vs intramuscular, site rotation, lipohypertrophy, needle length and gauge, vial hygiene at injection time, travel syringes, scar tissue, and when to stop and see a clinician. Full walkthrough at /injecting.
