Can you inject BPC-157 intramuscular?

No published study has given BPC-157 by the intramuscular route, or by the subcutaneous route buyers actually use. FDA's 2026 count of five human studies covers a Phase 1, a rectal ulcerative colitis trial, and uncontrolled clinic reports, including injections into a knee joint or the bladder wall, which are not intramuscular shots. Community claims that intramuscular or near-injury placement works better are unverified. This site's calculator assumes subcutaneous. This is not a dose or a protocol. Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.

Part of injecting: sites, needles and safety. Subcutaneous vs intramuscular, site rotation, lipohypertrophy, needle length and gauge, vial hygiene at injection time, travel syringes, scar tissue, and when to stop and see a clinician. Full walkthrough at /injecting.
