What needle size for BPC-157 and TB-500?

No published trial of either compound establishes a compound-specific needle. The geometry of skin and fat does not change with the name on the vial. Measured in the insulin injection literature, 4 to 5 millimeter needles at 90 degrees stay subcutaneous in virtually all adults, while 8 millimeters or longer raise the chance of reaching muscle, especially at the thigh. This site does not recommend a specific needle, a dose, or a protocol. Full walkthrough at /injecting. Profiles at /compounds/bpc-157 and /compounds/tb-500.

Part of injecting: sites, needles and safety. Subcutaneous vs intramuscular, site rotation, lipohypertrophy, needle length and gauge, vial hygiene at injection time, travel syringes, scar tissue, and when to stop and see a clinician. Full walkthrough at /injecting.
