FDA's 2026 review found no published human exposure data for compounded MOTS-c by any route, so no trial can establish a compound-specific injection site. Community site claims are unverified. If the question is about a research vial used subcutaneously, the anatomy is still the same four sites: abdomen at least two inches from the navel, outer thigh, back of the upper arm, and upper outer buttock.
