Where do you inject peptides?

The four sites with enough fat under the skin for a subcutaneous injection are the abdomen at least two inches from the navel, the outer thigh, the back of the upper arm, and the upper outer buttock. The abdomen and outer thigh are the two most people can reach and see without help. Sites should be rotated rather than reused, and skin that is bruised, hardened, red or broken should be skipped.
