Where to inject PT-141?
The approved product, Vyleesi (bremelanotide), is labeled for a subcutaneous injection in the abdomen or thigh, staying at least two inches from the navel. A research-chemical vial sold as PT-141 is not that labeled product, and no separate trial names a site for it. This is a site list from that label, not a dose, a frequency, or a protocol. Technique and rotation are at /injecting. Profile at /compounds/pt-141.

Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of injecting: sites, needles and safety. Subcutaneous vs intramuscular, where people inject, rotation and lipohypertrophy, needle gauge, aseptic technique, why it stings, and sharps disposal. Full walkthrough at /injecting.
